About the role
We are looking for Business Development Specialist to join our growing merchant acquisition team. Join us in this high-growth journey and make a meaningful impact in retail scene.
You will bring potential F&B, services and other suitable retail merchants onboard as Shopzpin’s partners with our various tech solutions by adopting the local sales process and managing the sales cycle from cold prospecting to closing the deals.

What you will do
- Generating new business opportunities to fuel your pipeline via various channels, be it cold-calling, email or visiting targeted clients
- Discover retail & F&B merchants' potential, identify their challenges and consult them on how Shopzpin can add value to their business with our range of service & product offerings
- Work closely with the onboarding team to get the merchants to go live within the expected timeline
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs and targets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clientele within the industry
