Diploma-No Limit
- Minimum possess Diploma in Planning/ Management or related field.
- Preferably candidate with 2 year(s) of working experience in related field.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills as well as a good command of written and spoken English.
- Highly motivated and self-directed capable of multi-tasking, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- A team player with leadership qualities and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- Good Planning skills in production materials, capacity and resources.
- Knowledge in computer application.
Tanggungjawab
- Review documents such as production schedules, work orders and forms to determine personnel and materials requirements and material priorities.
- Confer with department personnel (products/sales & marketing) to access progress and discuss needed changes.
- Distribute production schedules and work orders to production person in charge.
- Establish and prepare product construction directions and locations, and information on required tools, materials, equipment and numbers of workers needed.
- Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials and quality control measure.
- To assist superior for production and raw material planning schedules.
- To submit production monthly report to superior on time.
- To carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Superior from time to time.
