Kelayakan
- Working Location: Klang, Selangor
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Fresh Graduate or 2 years of experience in Property Development
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCad, Microsoft Office, Sketchup & Rendering, BIM is an added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
- To liaise with the authorities, consultants and responsible for the compliance in design, submission and approval of layout and related plans in order to ensure all approvals are obtained in timely manner
- To update the project, design and development team on the authority requirement and status of each submission
- To coordinate with various stakeholder and manager the project development stage
- To assist in overall planning and design for projects development with Consultants and teams to drive the right outcomes
- To liaise with all other department at all meeting relevant to project development stage to ensure time and cost plans are updated
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior
