Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking guests
Tanggungjawab
- Process all guest check in and check out
- To provide courteous and efficient service and, where is possible to comply and every guest request
- Welcome guest on arrival ,register and issues key's according to departmental standards and procedure
- Update and maintain repeat guest history system
- Handle guest's complains and comments tactfully and efficiently
- Develop and maintain positive working relationship, support team to reach common goals, listen and respond appropriately to the concern of guests
