Kelayakan
Your daily duties shall include but not limited to;
- prepare tender bid,
- organise quantity/cost estimate,
- source material and equipment for tender bid,
- cost analysis,
- filling up the tender documents;
- submission of tender document,
- post-tender cost analysis
- prepare documentation for tender clarification;
- scrutinize project cost;
- costing for project variation work,
- scrutinize sub-contractor variation work claims.
- any administration function in relation to the smooth operation of the tendering work.
Tanggungjawab
As a COST ESTIMATOR your responsibilities are
- Provide cost estimation for all tender, quotation, contract and variation work;
- Ensure all cost estimation is done accurately and meticulously;
- Coordinate all costing activities, such that all tender and quotation is completed within the tendering period and
- Make sure all the costing documentation is well kept.
