- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of working experience or with relevant experience in this field are encouraged to apply

- Strong understanding of XHS/TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly creative with the ability to develop engaging video content.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Tanggungjawab
- Conceptualize, create, and produce engaging XHS/TikTok video content that showcases our brand, products, and services.
- Stay up-to-date with XHS/TikTok trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to maximize engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with other members of the social media team to develop cross-platform content strategies.
- Write creative and compelling video captions that capture our brand's voice and tone.
- Plan and execute content shoots, including scouting locations, coordinating talent, and managing equipment.
- Monitor and analyze XHS/TikTok analytics to assess the effectiveness of our content and make adjustments as needed.
- Engage with our XHS/TikTok audience by responding to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to the overall social media strategy.
