Kelayakan
- Min. education requirement: LCCI
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in related field.
- Self-motivated and committed to quality work.
- Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- Good personality and willingness to grow, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
- Adequate knowledge in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of accounting software.
- Good communication skills.
- Good attention to details.
Tanggungjawab
- To handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, and G/L.
- To handle account & client management system.
- To perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, daily collection.
- To handle payroll system, prepare monthly payroll (including EPF, SOCSO and PCB)
- To prepare and process monthly payment and expenses.
- To submit timely management report.
- To handle client communication.
- To manage & update client information in system.
- To prepare tenancy & rental documentation.
- To assists superior as when required.
- To perform any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
- Handle day-to-day operations of accounting record & filling.
