Kelayakan
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role
- Experience managing TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, and other social media platforms
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in different language
- Proficiency in photo and video creation using a phone or camera
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to analyze data to drive decisions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Tanggungjawab
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company's overall marketing plan.
- Manage and create content for all social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, and more.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns across various platforms.
- Monitor social media accounts and engage with followers, responding to messages and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Work with the creative team to develop engaging multimedia content, including videos, photos, and graphics.
- Analyze social media metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and adjust strategies accordingly.
