Marketing Executive (Building & Construction Industry)
- Preferably candidate possess at least Diploma/Degree holder in Engineering/Architectural/Design related discipline.
- At least 2-3 years working experience in lighting/building material/ID industry.
- Product knowledge in lighting will be added advantage.
- Enthusiastic, self-driven, aggressive and sales result-oriented.
- A good team player, positive attitude and able to work under tight schedule.
- Self motivated, quick learner and able to work independently.
- Good selling and negotiation skills.
- Posses own transport.
- Prefer candidate who can commence work in short notice.
- *Good networking with architect and interior designer will be key advantage*
Tanggungjawab
- Develop and implement strategies for lighting sales in Property and Construction industry to ensure the market share growth.
- Attend to queries, introducing product range and recommending solution for consultants, designers, developers.
- Develop and search for project business opportunity for immediate and long term target.
- Work closely with design and technical team in ensuring execution excellence of all marketing and sales activities.
- Product presentation & demonstration.
- Achieving sales target and deadlines.
