Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree/Professional qualification in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent computer literacy in Excel, Ms Office and Accounting software is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently and perform under tight deadlines.
- Able to handle full set of account.
- Familiar with SQL system.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for preparation of full sets of accounts including trial balance, bank reconciliation, balance sheet, Statement of Profit & Loss, Financial Statement and etc.
- Monitor cash position of company on daily basis
- Ensure proper recording of daily cash movement.
- Perform monthly bank statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancy if any.
- Forecast tax predictions to senior managers
- Maintain accurate and timely accounting records according to the accounting standard, taxation and SST requirements and ensure compliance;
- Review and compile employees & claim; expenses and make reimbursements
- Preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Liaise with banker, auditor, tax agent and statutory authorities.
- Perform administrative duties and support.
- To perform other ad hoc assignments as required.
