Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivale
- Able to outstation.
- Have own transport.
Tanggungjawab
- Manage retail sales staff and admin.
- Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong communication.
- Provide support for Exhibition and roadshow when required
- Carry out after-sales-service
- Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock as well as monthly stock report.
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
- Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employees.
- Evaluate on-the-job performance.
- Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
- Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures.
