Kelayakan
Diploma-No Limit
- Degree/Diploma in IT or Marketing related field.
- Own transport preferable and willing to travel outstation.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience in Auto Data Capture & Sales/Field Force automation is an advantage.
- Should be a leader who will inspire and be willing to meet different and new people.
Tanggungjawab
- Understand the products, skills & expertise of the Company thoroughly.
- Provide the design development of hardware and software
- Understand the requirement of the customer and map it to the available products of the organization or products of the organization or the expertise and skills within the organization.
- Understand the different segments within field of instrumentation and maCOtch customer requirements with the suite of products within the organization or if need be integrate third party products to evolve the total system and project to the prospective customer.
- Visualize and evolve newer applications and project the prospective customer.
- Develop a complete understanding of the customer segment for such product.
- Meet with business targets set for the accounting year on a monthly basic and ensure a steady booking or orders throughout the year.
- Build company profile and brand image in the market through sustained campaigns.
- Set evaluation parameters to gauge the customer satisfaction about the products and services.
- Continuously monitor customer satisfaction.
- Strategies effectively to create new customers on a continuous basic.
- Market intelligence activities for the sector identify customer and needs.
- Provide strategic inputs through proposals based on what the market demands.
