Kelayakan
- MUST have at least 2 years experience as a Supervisor/ Assistant Supervisor/ Team Leader in the Supermarket / Hypermarket
- MUST be willing to work on weekends and public holidays
- Minimum SPM holders
Tanggungjawab
- Oversee daily operations of the outlet
- Maintains good inventory level by monitoring stock level and anticipating customer demand
- Maintains good store appearance, visual merchandising and product freshness
- Supervise the implementation of all sales promotion and marketing plans
- Trains and reviews all staffs job performance
- Prepares time table for the outlet to ensure every department has sufficient manpower
- Meeting sales and profitability targets and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory and company policies as pertaining to food handling, and other food safety guidelines.
