Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate, diploma, or bachelors degree in business studies/administration/management, marketing, secretarial or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Mandarin to communicate with our China counterpart.
Proficient in microsoft office applications and computer technology.
Strong administrative abilities with good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Prior working experience in supermarket / retail industry is an added advantage.

Work directly under coo to support all aspects of the daily work routine.
Act as a point of contact between the coo and internal employees and external stakeholders.
Provide support and insights to the departmental teams, supporting human resources administration, and working with human resources to ensure the effective running of the teams.
Undertake a range of secretarial and administrative tasks such as managing telephone calls, filing, preparation of presentations, and financial support, in order to ensure the effective running of the departments, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Compile reports from all other departments for the meetings and record minutes for follow up.
Provide coordination, monitoring, and communication of projects and programs managed by the COO.
Serve as a primary point and liaison between the coo, and all other departmental heads, play a key role in the coordination of communication both within and outside the department, and providing administrative support for governance meetings.
Assist coo in all activities and processes that fostering collaboration among different departments.
Keep the coo advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
Compose and prepare letters relating to routine correspondence for the coos signature.
