- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing and other related disciplines.
- Relationship & Networking.
- Has the ability to analyze data and do market research
- Excellent communication and problem – solving skills
Tanggungjawab
- Managing sales data for sales team.
- Reporting sales and campaign results to managers and other departments as needed
- Train staff in products, market and processes for sales excellence
- Manage sales team issue including hiring and coaching
- Execute and monitor the performance and operation of sales area with salesman by reviewing and analyzing growth, recommend corrective measures to improve sales
- Provide guidance and consultation for salesman in developing their entrepreneurship skill, commitment, and compliance
- Lead, drive and plan overall sales area through effective execution sales plan with salesman
- Maximize benefit of promotional campaign, uphold relationship with community and execute market intelligence in order to achieve the maximum sales revenue, targeted growth and optimum profitability
