- Age 21 years and above
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English, optional fluent Mandarin or Malay
- Attention to detail, and able to switch between tasks
- Friendly and cheerful disposition
- Demonstrates willingness to learn
- Ability to cooperate well and have a good working relationship with team members
Tanggungjawab
- Answer phone calls and text messages
- Welcome and assist patients
- Organise schedules and appointments
- Organise and maintain good filing system for smooth and quick data recovery
- Manage and maintain centre's facilities and office supplies
- Assist in preparation of letters and reports
- Maintain and ensure strict confidentiality in all areas of work
- Assist in clinic operations
