Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for developing aggressive sales strategy and achieving overall sales targets and objectives require by the company
- Develop, plan and manage strategies and campaigns to support sales expansion
- Achieve market share and dominance in the territories under your responsibility
- Develop and manage a team of advertising sales associates and executives
- Ensure and advertising executive meets individual monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Acquire prospect customer data and conduct existing customers data analysis
