Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diplomas, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Have at least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Ability to speak and read in Mandarin will be preferable.
- Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
- Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.
Tanggungjawab
- Performs HR duties and task (mainly on payroll)
- Using payroll and time attendance system to calculate/edit/control the salary, leave, attendance and other HR info of the employees
- Preparing payroll reports which requested by A/C Department
- Maintains employee database records.
