Kelayakan
- Have at least 1 year experience in Human Resource Department
- Have basic knowledge in using payroll software, such as SQL or any other payroll software
- Have at least Diploma in Business, Human Resource and other related fields
- Good in MS Office, Google Sheet & Google Docs
- Can work in team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Tanggungjawab
- Maintain employee records, including attendance, terminations, confirmation, personal information and other employee changes, and ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date
- Data entry and filing for employee related information
- Prepare confirmation letter, warning letter and termination letter
- Assist with payroll processing
- Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, such as leave and allowance
- Conduct new employee orientations
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters, including benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Provide assistance for employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Any other related tasks as HR Assistant
