We are looking for Passionate Talents to join our team!
* Work in positive & lively working environment
* 5 days week, can start work ASAP
- You must be at least possess a Diploma or Degree holder in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or equivalent.
- You are proficiency in 3Ds Max, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or relevant.
- We prefer you to be at least 1 Year of working experience in the related industry.
- You must be able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- You must be able to speak in Mandarin or Cantonese to our sub-contractors and suppliers.
- You have a good personality and positive attitude with self-initiative, self-motivated, have a strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.
- You must have the basic knowledge of the usage of materials and fabrication techniques.
- You are able to work flexible hours and during public holidays/weekends to meet tight deadlines, replacement leave will be granted.
- You are able to travel to outstation / overseas when assigned.
- We welcome fresh graduates to apply and submit their Interior Design portfolio for our consideration.

Tanggungjawab
INTERIOR DESIGN ROLE:
- You will be producing impressive 3D visual renderings, sketches, space planning, detailed CAD drawings, layout plans and working drawings.
- You will need to propose concepts / ideas to each client’s according to their desired needs and preparing moodboard and design theme to client.
- You will need to attend meetings and liase with customers by understanding their needs and translate into workable concepts & design.
- You will need to select and propose suitable materials, colour scheme and finishes.
- You will be handling project requirements documentation.
- You will be doing site visits to ensure works are done according to design.
- You will need to analyse and inspect problematic areas in sites and have to be extremely analytic and alert on noticing detailing and to solve promptly.
3D / EXHIBITION STAND DESIGN ROLE:
- You will need to think, conceptualise and create exhibition stand design, retail and commercial design, store displays and brand experiential event design.
- You will need to work with project team on design briefings, design revisions, think of solutions to resolve design matters, and to be able to meet the budget and deadline.
- You will need to produce impressive 3D visual renderings, sketches, layout plans, detailed CAD submission drawings, working drawings and graphic briefs.
- You will need to conduct site surveys, inspection and floor marking throughout project duration from design stage until handover.
- You will be liaising and communicate closely with our sub-contractors and suppliers on project briefings for fabrication, production and ongoing project progress.
