Kelayakan
- Must have a passion for food and hospitality with a focus on creating great experiences for our team and customers.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in this field of talent acquisition, with a focus or understanding of the F&B industry.
- Command excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work closely with others, within the team and outside of the company.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and must be willing to travel around if necessary.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure when having to handle multiple tasks or projects at once.
- have some level of experience and is proficient in HRMS software and MS Office
Tanggungjawab
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with myBurgerLab’s mission and values.
- Work closely with the marketing team and operations to come up with recruitment campaigns, ads, posters, for online and offline.
- Able to understand the job market and know which hiring platforms, recruiters and how best to utilize them in order to acquire talent for the company.
- Create and post jobs that perfectly describe the job functions and are aligned with the company values. To then source and screen potential candidates using the right hiring channels.
- To conduct interviews, manage the process, including scheduling, conducting interviews, and coordinating with respective outlets and departments for hiring when needed.
- Conduct background checks and negotiate offers with potential candidates. Ensure a solid onboarding process is created and maintained throughout all levels of the company.
- Responsible for recruiting and hiring foreign workers and must be familiar with the laws and regulations surrounding foreign workers and be able to navigate the visa application process.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with external hiring partners such as schools, colleges, universities, hiring portals, recruiters, worker agencies, and etc
