Kelayakan

  • Possess at least Certificate / Diploma in Administration / Business Administration or any related field.
  • Fresh graduate / candidate that have relevant working experience (1-2 years) are welcomed.
  • Good written and spoken in English.
  • Experience in property/facility management is advantage.
  • Able to operate in MS Office (especially word and excel).
  • Vacancy location : Mont Kiara / Sri Rampai / Petaling Jaya

Tanggungjawab

  • Perform daily office general clerical duties.
  • Carry out day-to-day management of office and building environment.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and strong relationship with the residents and tenants.
  • Providing office and building management support in general.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedule and assignments with technician and handyman.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
  • To issue car and motorcycle sticker, access card, quarterly billing to parcel owner and attend to complaint received from residents and maintain good public relation with the residents.
  • To be responsible of the collection of the service charges, water charges and other related charges and issuance of receipts.
  • Process monthly billings on service charges, water charges, insurance, quit rent and other related charges.
  • Maintain monthly cashbook, bank reconciliation & collection reconciliation.
  • Monitor on received of Renovation Deposit by refunding deposit to unit owners or contra deposit against ay outstanding.
  • Ensure that petty cash be limited to an account as approved by the Management Corporation.
  • Charge, collect, demand and recover from subsidiary proprietor’s management fund and sinking fund contributions, interest and sum of money payable from time to time, issue reminders to recalcitrant debtors. All billing shall be made periodically as directed by the Management Corporation.
  • Ensure that all charges, expenses, disbursement and such other going whatsoever from time to time payable and duly approved by the Management Corporation for or on account of the said Property or any parts thereof, are duly paid and discharged.
