Warehouse Clerk

• Manage day to day warehouse system transaction such as DO/INV, Sales Return and material management to include receipt and put away of material, good issue to production, returns and inventory control.
• Perform receptionist role, answer queries, receive parcel etc.
• Maintain efficient document filling system.
• Other duties as assigned from time to time.

Sales Clerk

• To provide sales administrative support related to sales transaction such as prepare sales order, quotation and handle daily general sales administrative tasks.
• Facilitate the delivery orders and handle additional requests and record all relevant info.
• Maintain efficient document filling system.
• Responsible to track and compile daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
• Any other duties as maybe assigned by the management from time to time.
