Kelayakan
- Candidate should possess a Primary / Secondary School, Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Marketing
- Preferably at least 5 years of related working experience.
- Preferably Executive specializing in Sales / Marketing or equivalent.
- Experienced in using Salesforce, customer management and order processing will be a plus point
- Good communication skills in English, Malaysia, Mandarin language for both spoken and written
Tanggungjawab
- Prepare quotation (New / Renewal)
- Process the order requirement via CPQ
- Handling new inquiries and complaints
- Consult supervisor & share deals progress, plan, and deliverables.
- To ensure the cadence and hygiene of pipelines
- Following up on orders
- Managing customer complaints
