Tanggungjawab
- To lead and motivate all team members in running a successful shift.
- To lead by example.
- To manage human resource on the assigned shift.
- To manage inventory on the assigned shift.
- To teach and train all crew members properly.
- To monitor the crew members’ learning progress.
- To monitor the crew trainers’ training progress.
- To conduct performance review with crew members.
- To correct the crew trainers and crew members’ mistakes “on the spot” during day-to-day outlet operation when they happen.
- To ensure the crew members continually comply with SOPs and Company Policies.
- To be patient, respectful and empathetic.
- To prepare products according to standards.
- To take orders, assemble orders and pack orders.
- To execute pre-rush preparations and ensure store is always ready to battle.
- To manage food products by adhering to the standards in receiving, storing and labeling, in ensuring only the highest quality products are served.
- To ensure outlet is always clean, neat and organised.
- To adhere to the company standard for image and grooming.
- To follow and comply with all health and sanitation procedures.
- To adhere to safe work practices.
- To be respectful towards all your team members.
- To communicate effectively with the outlet team in achieving company goals.
- To work shifts and during weekends/public holidays as required by the store operations.
- To perform ad hoc duties assigned by managers.
- To remain up to date with the latest SOPs and Company Policies.
- To progress up the career path by continuous learning.
- Due to the nature of the industry, the role must be committed to working weekends and public holidays whenever necessary, or when directed to do so.
