Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Management/Sales and marketing or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia,
- Possess own vehicle and willing to travel.
- Able to work independently, self-motivated, dynamic, hardworking and team-work.
- Outdoor sales experience would be an advantage.
- At least two (2) years of working experience in sales preferable in construction or related industry.
- Required Skill(s): Computer Literate, Communication Skills
Tanggungjawab
- Learns sales process by completing the training program
- Initiate new sales opportunity, identify customer needs & provide solutions to new / existing and potential customers.
- Actively collect payment according to the credit term.
- Actively achieve sales target set by company.
- Coordinate with production operation to facilitate the order progress.
- Regular visit and establish an excellent customer relationship professionally with customers.
- Develop business through outstation & local business (Whole Malaysia).
- To provide technical knowledge on Company service/products to clients.
- Able to cold call and expand customer base
- Prepare weekly sales report
- Willingness to travel outstation when needed and travel to meet clients during working hours.
- Communication with all internal departments related to customer order requirement
- Handle and solve customers’ complaints through investigating root cause, developing solutions and making recommendations to management.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- With Leader and Managerial experience is an advantage.
- With Understanding of the construction industry is an advantage.
