Kelayakan
Cyber Security Analyst
- Possess Degree or above in Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Mandarin & English speakers is a must as dealing with clients from Hong Kong
- Have 3 years or above working experience in IT Security
- Sound knowledge in firewall settings and configurations
- IT Security Certification is preferred e.g.: CISSP, CISA or CCNA or equivalent
- Candidates with SOC Operation experience is welcomed to apply.
Other Requirements
- Understanding of SDH alarms and analysis, able to setup testers for troubleshooting process
- Good communication skills with good spoken English.
- Shift duties required (7x24)
Tanggungjawab
- Perform IT security audits on enterprise systems and all formations, ranging from review of relevant documentation to penetration tests and vulnerability scanning
- Recommend and implement appropriate tools and measures to safeguard corporate assets
- Identify, analyse, detect, and prevent security treats
Responsibilities for SOC Operations
- Watchkeeping operations conditions of HGC international networks, circuits and services.
- Liaise with internal parties, local and overseas services providers, partners and vendors to perform fault isolation and service recovery.
- Carry out internal and external escalations for prolonged fault cases.
- Perform network alarm monitoring, circuit/network/equipment/service testing
