Kelayakan

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Be comfortable in an innovative, fast paced and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven work experience as a Senior Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or a similar job position in the Sales industry.
  • Must be organized and possess the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Growth-minded and self-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain calm composure in stressful situations.

Tanggungjawab

  • Ability to develop and execute business plans to reach and surpass defined revenue goals.
  • Make value propositions, handle objections, prepare quotes, and close sales by getting prospects’ commitments.
  • Performs other related jobs/tasks as required.
  • Understand clients’ businesses, research and recommend solutions to boost clients’ business potential.
  • Responsible for prospecting and establishing new client and agency relationships, growing existing accounts.
  • Upsell and cross-sell to existing customer database.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities by conducting outbound sales activities.
  • Manage client communication during all phases of pre-sale and post-sales process.
  • Search for new business leads to promote products and services.
  • Recommending sales improvement strategies and giving advice to the sales team.
  • Maintaining technical knowledge by attending conferences and workshops.
  • Focuses on customer satisfaction, account growth, expansion of services provided, and sustaining customer loyalty for a group of complex and/or high-profile managed accounts.
