Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree or professional certificate in Finance/Accountancy or equivalents.
- The candidate must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- MATURED, able to work under stress and pressure.
- Great organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
- Candidate must have own transportation.
Tanggungjawab
- Preparation full set of account on monthly basis
- Preparation of monthly management accounts for company's directors
- Preparation of yearly company's tax assessment and estimation to LHDN
- Preparation of SST reporting and submission
- Preparation of service tax report to Kastam Diraja Malaysia for taxable income declaration and payment
- Preparation of project account report on profit & loss and budget monitoring
- Company's banking debit and credit facilities application and control, hire purchase, overdraft, bank guarantee and fixed deposit account
- Company's fixed asset record and maintenance on depreciation and net book value of the asset for disposal
- Daily bank cash flow transaction and petty cash control
- Updating and maintaining accounts data entry record into the accounting system
- Monthly bank statement reconciliation for headquarters and branch bank account
- Update monthly debtor's / client's collection report on actual and forecast
- Update and monitoring creditor's ageing report
- Preparation of staff monthly claims for payment
- Any works with regards to the company accounting and finance and to undertake any assignment to be given by management from time to time.
