Kelayakan
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration or a related field.
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with market trends and competitor activities.
Tanggungjawab
- Collaborating with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and providing regular reports to the Sales Manager.
- Identifying new sales opportunities and potential customers.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Supervising sales representatives and providing training and coaching to improve performance.
- Assisting with sales forecasting and budgeting.
- Communicating with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
