Kelayakan
- At least 3 years of working experience or relevant experience is preferred
- Spm equivalent or above
- Rigorous & meticulous work, independent handling of works, responsibility, enthusiasm of work
- Ability to complete tasks on time, willingness to multitask in the job
- Fluent in Mandarin, English & Malaysia, able to writing in Mandarin is preferred
- Knowledge of SQL, Microsoft office-excel is preferred
- Have good knowledge of market research with analytical skills
Tanggungjawab
- Stock and production planning, logistics for customer’s deliveries, receipt of incoming stock & materials, liaising with supervisors, operators, lorry drivers, etc.
- In charge of daily operational purchasing needs - plan, issue & follow up on p.O delivery schedules.
- Create & maintain a detailed inventory list of all incoming, outgoing and current supplies
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies, report those to accounting for reimbursement & record keeping
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels & maintain inventory control
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing and labeling supplies
- Ensure all stock related matters I.E. Stock variances accounted for, correct stock entries from production & incoming stock are performed in the system & any other ad-hoc tasks relating to smooth running of the company.
