Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be added advantage
- Excellent communication skills.
- Min. experience: 1 year.
- Preferably candidate specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Tanggungjawab
- Attend to customers to office, incoming telephone call and inquiries
- Checking and verifying staff monthly claims and medical certificate.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the management and other department's needs.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Prepare and maintain documents, records, files and reports to company's admin requirement and practices.
- Prepare reports, memos, letter and other documents.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
Manfaat
- Monday to Friday- 9am to 5pm; Saturday- 9am to 1pm
- EPF / SOCSO / PCB
