Kelayakan
- At least 3 years of related working experience preferably in human resource or administration.
- Has basic knowledge in local employment act and familiar with HDRF application and claim process.
- Well versed in English written and communication.
- Able to work under pressure, well organized, can multi-task, accountability and compliance.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
Tanggungjawab
- Recruitment – Job posting, screening & shortlisting candidate and interview arrangement.
- Onboarding & Offboarding - follow up with employee on onboarding documentation, creation of employee record and exit clearance.
- Training & Development – Source for in-house training program, submit HDRF application and claim processing, follow up with employee on training evaluation and to coordinate training arrangement.
- Central Purchasing Officer for office purchase, company asset and travel air-ticket and etc.
- Prepare full set payroll
- Undertake other special assignments or related duties as may be specified by the management from time to time.
