Kelayakan
Diploma-No Limit
- Minimum Diploma in Finance & Accounting
- Knowledge in accounting software is a must
- Knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel
- Able to speak, read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum 1 year working experience in the same capacity.
- Highly dependent person with sense of urgency, responsibility & result oriented.
- Able to work under pressure with ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Preferably candidates staying in Puchong and/or willing to work in Bandar Puteri, Puchong.
- 5-day work week with medical & parking benefits.
- Salary will commensurate with experience.
Tanggungjawab
- To provide support with accounts and administrative work for the finance team.
- Sort and prepare petty cash claims and expense claims using Excel
- Be a data entry expert for petty cash, expense claims and AP & AR into the accounting software
- Perform accounting reconciliations
- Perform filing according to requirements.
