Secondary/SPM/'O' Level-No Limit
18-24
- Candidate must possess at least SPM level. Good in Mathematic.
- Friendly, able to work independently and have a highly motivated personality
- Proficiency in, Autocount Accounting Software, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- With working experience in the related field would be an advantage.
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
Tanggungjawab
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Assist in data entry & maintain confidential records and file
- To provide admin supports to inclusive of preparing quotations, follow-ups and arrangement
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
- To ensure system is updated and computed with latest billing, collection, etc.
- Answering incoming calls, attending walk in customers and others front liner task.
