Kelayakan
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Interest candidate are encouraged to apply with a comprehensive resume and recent passport-size
- Job related training and computer will be provided.
- Minimum Degree Level or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal personality with positive attitude.
- Good communication skills
- Knowledgeable in computer such as words, excel & PowerPoint is a MUST
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Bahasa Indonesia.
- Able to work independently
- Must be able to work immediately. Candidate must be self-disciplined and able to work under pressure
Tanggungjawab
- Assist and support on all account, administrative work for operations in Malaysia & Indonesia.
- Willing to work in Bukit Jalil and visit related private and government offices within the Klang Valley.
- Handling administrative works - filing & documentation.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations
- To assist in purchasing, sourcing, selecting and negotiating with suppliers for the best purchase price
- Getting quotations, issuing of PO, follow up deliveries, filling and data entry for all the purchasing documentations
- To liaise with overseas suppliers for import shipment arrangement and preparation of shipping documents.
- To liaise with account department with regards to supplier invoice & payment issues.
