Kelayakan
Secondary/SPM/'O' Level-No Limit
- Education: SPM/Diploma/Degree/Advanced Diploma
- Demonstrable minimum 1 years’ experience within relevant job experience
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
- Language required: Proficient in English; Mandarin is an added advantage
- Good verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of personnel (i.e, internal & external customers) effectively.
- Good leadership qualities with supervisory experience
- Possess problem solving skills to assist customers with claims
- Willing to work on rotational shift (24 hours), 5 working days and 2 off days/week.

- We are looking for customer service oriented personnel to provide continuous systems operations towards meeting service targets, customer loyalty, employee retention and total customer satisfaction.
- Job Responsibilities
- To handle incoming calls and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers’ expectations.
- Follow up and resolve customers’ complaints in a professional manner to ensure customers’ satisfaction.
- Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve quality results and productivity.
- To channel and escalate any unresolved issues/complaints to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedure.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as required.
- Proactively identify areas of service and procedural improvement and make recommendations to the team leader.
- Any other duties assigned by the team leader.
- To do cross selling and education on company products & services when required.
Manfaat
- Basic up to RM 2500
- RM 150 Fixed Allowance
- RM 450 Mandarin language allowance (for Mandarin speaker)
- 1 year contract (renewable based on performance)
