Kelayakan
- Min Diploma and higher
- Able to communicate and written in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Excel in MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Tanggungjawab
- Plan, schedules, coordinate and monitor the work progress based on planning and project schedule and milestone requirement
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Prepare Delivery Order and perform stock count
- Liaise with production team and coordinate with other team to ensure the projects can complete within the timeframe
- Liaise and work closely with purchasing department on material purchase requisition and inventory control.
- Monitor production output and material usage.
- Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
- Perform other related duties as assigned
