Private Assistant:
- Set reminders and schedule meetings and their contents
- Arrange personal schedule for the boss and appointments with all leaders and personnel
- Ensure that everyone has access to my schedule
- Prepare presentation slides for ppt
- Summarize all OKR data and investment research reports before presenting to the boss
