Kelayakan
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering/ chemical engineering or equivalent.
- Preferably Junior executive with experience in engineering of civil/construction/equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proficiency with MS Office and construction application software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet the deadlines.
- Mandarin Speaker is required.
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for design and coordination of system and structural drawings for customers.
- To organize and monitor the performance of sub-contractors, workmen, supplier's quality of materials, and overall efficiency of the works to the highest level in accordance to the drawings and specifications
- Review site progression reports and any other related paper works as required by company, clients or authorities
- Monitoring sub-contractors on leading site workers in planning and execution of days to days operation
- Checking drawing for submission and installation purpose
- Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problems
- Reviewing government regulations and ordinances from time to time and ensure all parties comply Site Safety Policy and Regulations
- To attend meeting with clients, authorities and others when necessary
- Review project specification, design calculation and system drawing
- To attend any authority’s inspection
- Follow up with sub-contractor on site progress and report to superior by daily basis
- Travel to customer sites to perform system Testing & Commissioning according to design conditions, service & repair and customer support.
- Diagnose, troubleshooting and rectify failure in for the system to minimize system downtime and ensure customers' satisfaction.
- Conduct system training to customers.
- Prepare for technical feedback and generate details field service reports.
- Communicate professionally with customer in service oriented manner both in person and in writing.
- Help in promoting Service and Maintenance Contract for company system.
