Kelayakan
- At least 1 year of working experience in customer service in shopping mall/ hotels or any fast pace working environment.
- Good communicator, polite and a good problem solver.
Tanggungjawab
- To communicate with the customers and to ensure the concierge/ information counter in good presentable order at all times.
- To gather and provide all the information to customers such as travel routes, transportation availability, etc.
- To communicate with and provide assistance to tenants when required by centre management.
- To provide administrative and physical support to marcom / centre management during advertising, promotions and branding activities and stage events.
- To provide administrative support and marcom / centre management in other activities where required.
- To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
