Kelayakan
- Able to use basic graphic software, ‘Flexi’, ‘CNC Router’
- Able to converse and write in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
Tanggungjawab
- To prepare design artwork for confirmation and upon confirmation coordinating with supplier towards end product
- Initial point of contact, answering phones and greeting client
- Collate and distribute mail
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Keep track of inventory and work with supply vendors to ensure a well-stocked office.
- Operate and maintain office machinery, including copiers, fax machines and printers.
- Any other related works as per Company’s discretion.
