Kelayakan
- Possess at least Diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Services or equivalent with interest in Finance / Accounting
- Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work as a team
- able to multi -task and work in fast-paced environment
- Able to work on split shift, weekend and public holidays
- Analyse and monitor profit and loss account
Tanggungjawab
- Arrange the Menu for the Buffet and Ala-carte Menu
- Reaching the established budget in the food cost
- Organizing successfully all food promotions
- Planning, finalizing ad executing renovation projects for kitchens
- Maintaining staff turnover at a reasonable level
- Staff training
- Assist in inventory management
- Assist in sales activities for restaurant function such as wedding, company dinner, etc.
