Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and/or Mandarin.
Professional certificate in Culinary School or Diploma Holder in Management.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in related environment with proven record in food and beverage management.
Good in People Management, Sales and Strategy Planning.
Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Client Relationships, Creative Services.
Strong interpersonal skills and committed personality.
Working knowledge of various computer software programs.
Adequate knowledge in beverages and foods trends and best practices.
Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.
Guest oriented and service minded.
Able to work late at wee hours due to business requirement.
Serves as the captain of hospitality with goals of providing exceptional customer service, closely work with Company’s Senior Management. Responsible for company’s outlet performance like personnel management, maximize beverage and foods sales and establish standard of services. To monitor and ensure smooth running of daily operation according to business protocol so as to achieve customer satisfaction and outlet performance target.
Manage and oversee the daily operations of outlet for efficient operations within budgeted guidelines.
Plan, schedule and assign daily tasks to floor staffs.
To establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures.
To implement and & enforce policy and work procedures.
To establish operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standard.
To develop marketing strategies to improve and maximize outlet sales and profitability.
To maintain the outlet facility clean and safe.
To keep the cleanliness of personal hygiene.
Identify customers need and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
To interview and hire staffs for operational needs.
Schedule orientation and progressive on job training to staffs.
To lead team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented staffs.
To organize regular meetings to discuss about issues and updates.
Analyse and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
Organize special events and entertainments to attract more customers.
Address customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop cost effective operational plan to achieve outlet goals.
To maintain record and cash register and ensure stock count accuracy.
Assist in cash handling and develop expense and revenue report.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Report to Management timely on sales results and productivity.
