We are an established distribution company since 1978 for Audio & Visual Presentation Equipment for Education & Business needs. Located in Batu Caves Industrial area, Selangor. We are looking for an ambitious young person to join our dynamic workforce for the position of:

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Must possess Diploma/ Degree in Secretarial or Office management or Business Management
  • Must have at least 3 years working experience in related field
  • Good Computing skills, including Microsoft Office at a highly proficient level
  • Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin language will be an added advantages.
  • Mandatory requirement must have good typing skill at least 35 wpm with typing certificate
  • Possess analytical and problem solving skills
  • Possess good time & work management skills

Tanggungjawab

Main duties:

  • Undertake Secretarial duties for the sales unit
  • Reading, monitoring and assisting in responding to all incoming sales email
  • Taking dictation and typing letters for sales Manager
  • Assist in planning, organizing and managing sales/marketing events
  • Preparing presentations in MS PowerPoint for meeting & etc..
  • Taking of minutes during meetings
  • Prepare reports
  • Assist to make follow up calls to customers
  • Attend to incoming phone call enquiries

  • Highly organized and able to work independently
  • Versatile & able to adapt to working environment duties & responsibilities.
  • Must be able to do multitasking
  • Good interpersonal skill
