Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Administration / Secretarial/ Business Studies / Administration / Management, or Professional Certificate or equivalent
- Have basic knowledge of Companies Act 1965 and 2016.
- Familiar with MBRS systems is a plus point.
- Working experience in the related field is a plus point.
- Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Tanggungjawab
- Provide corporate secretarial services to clients, arrange board meetings.
- Manage and administer corporate secretarial matters.
- Ensure all activities are in compliance with statutory / regulatory requirement and governance.
- To ensure that all the secretarial records are properly maintained and complies with all requirements under the Companies Act 1965 and 2016.
- Ensure timely and accurate lodgment/submission of statutory documents to relevant authorities in compliance to Companies Act and other relevant laws.
- Handle incorporation of companies; maintain statutory books of the company.
- Provide administration support or others secretarial matters (data entry, filing etc).
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties
