Kelayakan
- Diploma in any discipline
- Have experience in the related field would be an advantage
- Positive attitude, multi-tasking and has time management skills
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to read and write in good English and Bahasa Malaysia
Tanggungjawab
- Assist in the company's administrative operation
- Ensure company cleanliness and good operation
- Perform company document filling and coordinate mails and emails.
- Perform administrative duties includes answer telephone/route calls promptly and arrange to collect cheque and documents
- Simple Financial Processing including preparing payment voucher, claim and related finance preparation
- Implement any ad-hoc instructions as required
- Being able to do tasks under minimum supervision
