Kelayakan
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Additional qualifications in Manpower Recruitment are a plus.
- Proven work experience as a sales consultant or in a similar role within the manpower recruitment industry.
- Strong knowledge of the recruitment industry, including understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand client needs, analyze requirements, and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team..
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment and handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
Tanggungjawab
- Identify and target potential clients who require recruitment services, specifically in the area of manpower sourcing and staffing.
- Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, industry trends, and client requirements in the manpower recruitment sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including decision-makers, by understanding their recruitment needs and providing suitable solutions.
- Present the agency's services, capabilities, and value proposition to clients through effective sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to understand client requirements and ensure timely and efficient delivery of qualified candidates.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, referrals, and attending industry events.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including activity reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts, to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in labor laws or regulations related to manpower recruitment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the recruitment process, addressing any client concerns or issues.
