Pegawai Pemulihan Kredit

This role is to support the Recovery Management process within the department. This would entail managing files that are referred to panel lawyers/ Debt collector agencies and ensuring that files are submitted in a timely manner for the respective actions per datelines plus obtaining and monitoring responses from lawyers on files referred. you would also need to monitor the listing of accounts in Credit Rating Agency (CRA and Experian) plus perform outbound calls to customers to obtain payment.

• Seeking for candiate who would have experience in Analytis be in in performance measurement ot commercial management.
• able to organize and categorize information according plus able to organize and categorize information according plus able to understand how this info and data can be pivoted/process to provide use business insights when making decisions
• accounting or financial background would be suited for the role
