Tanggungjawab
- Maintain relationships with current customers to encourage repeat business
- Planning and assisting with new product releases and events.
- Determining customer requirements and advising on product range, price, delivery, warranties and product use and care.
- Demonstrating and explaining to customers the establishment’s goods and services.
- Selling goods and services, accepting payment by a variety of payment methods, preparing sales invoices and recording sales using cash registers.
- Conducting thorough market research, which may include taking surveys, doing desktop research, sending emails and making calls.
- Explain product features and benefits to customers to help them make informed decisions.
